while は、「〜している間に」を意味する接続詞です。

while you’re at it / while I’m at it という言い回しは「〜するついでに」を表すことができるとても便利な表現です。

when は、皆さんご存知のように「〜するときに」の意味ですが、使い方によっては「ついでに」のニュアンスを表すこともできます。

I asked about her when I talked with Jack on the phone.
（ジャックと電話したついでに彼女のことを聞いたよ。）

incidentally

incidentally は、「ところで」「ついでに言っておくと」という意味で使われます。

前言に付け加えたり、今思いついたことをさりげなく導入するイメージです。
