お刺身
日本食を扱う海外のスーパーでは、そのままパックのラベルに「Sashimi」と書かれていることが多いようです。
Sashimi とは何なのかを説明するのであれば、
raw fish cut in pieces や、
finely cut raw fish などの表現が良いでしょう。
Sashimi is raw fish, sliced or chopped in appropriate sizes, which is dipped in soy sauce and eaten.
（お刺身とは、生のお魚を適当な大きさに切ったもので、お醤油につけて食べます。）
海鮮丼
最近では、丼ぶりの don が bowl of rice （ごはんの丼ぶり）であることが海外で認知されてきています。
その上に「様々なお刺身がのっている」とすれば伝わりやすいでしょう。
「sashimi」を使う場合

「sashimi」を使わない場合

“Don,” or “donburi” refers to a dish of rice in a bowl bigger than a typical rice bowl.
