Senbei is a type of Japanese rice cracker.
Wagashi (Japanese sweets)
Wagashi means traditional Japanese sweets (confectionary), that is served with green tea and typically made of rice, wheat, sweet red bean paste, sugar, etc.
Many are used artistically express different aspects of the seasons in beautiful colors and shapes.
Matcha sweets
Matcha means powdered green tea.
